Volunteer Dates and Descriptions for 2019 are in date order

Notice: On very rare occasions, volunteer opportunity dates and/or times may be changed due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Generally, the Regional Food Bank truck deliveries are on the second Monday of the month at 10:30 a.m. at the Dorothy Day Center. The grocery deliveries to low-income senior apartment complexes and low-income individuals and families in households are held on the third and fourth Saturdays of each month at 9 a.m. October-May and 8 a.m. June-September. In November and December, dates are different due to scheduling with the additional parish food assistance programs. The Dorothy Day Center is located at 4909 N State Street in Warr Acres.  State Street is one block east of the church's main entrance on N. Grove and one block south of NW 50th Street. The Center is located on the southeast corner of the St. Charles Borromeo property.
